A very big thank you to Ahava and all the team for bringing our beloved fur family from Australia to Israel (2 cats and 2 dogs). It was a complex job given the mixed breeds of our rescue pups and the effects of covid on the options available in the pet transport industry. Ahava was so professional and patient and went beyond the call of duty to assist us. Her communication was prompt and informative. Her knowledge and professionalism were exceptional. We will definitely use them should we need to return to Oz. Thank you, Ahava!!!
