pet_relocation Hi Shuli,

I just wanted send a quick note to thank you and the team for the wonderful service I got in transporting the cats. My cats are safely ensconced in their temporary home in St. Andrews Kennels in Horsham, and seem to be very well adjusted and happy. I'm attaching some pictures.

Thanks very much and all the best to you!

pet_shippingGood Afternoon Shuli,

I would like to thank you for all your help and support thus far. I highly appreciate all the brilliant work, the constant availability and the quality of the service. It was indeed worth every penny and I am very thankful for it.

Once more a big thank you and if there is anywhere I could point out how good the service was I would love to do so! I wish you happy Passover and the best of wishes on behalf of Jean Claude, my husband and I.

I am so sorry that I didn't write to you earlier, but I had a major jet lag when I arrived.

And afterward I had to take care of a lot of arrangements. I had to find a good kennel for all of the family and look for a good dog-mobile so they can take some for a tour once in a while.

Meanwhile I have here a lot of huge green plain of grass were I can run and chase birds and squirrels. I promise to send more pictures when I have some. Last thing if I can ask a window sit for the next flight.

With a big bark of friendship,

Berry,

cat_travel TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This letter is to express our appreciation and recommendation regarding Terminal 4 Pets in Israel.

My son James had been in Israel for 2 years, and was now returning to live in the USA. James had adopted a cat named Bussi, who needed to send from Tel Aviv to Los Angeles, California, USA.

After days of investigating, talking to companies and researching on line, I spoke to a gentleman in the USA who finally told me it was best to get a company IN Israel to take care of the relocation for us. He suggested I look on the IPATA site for the information regarding Terminal 4 Pets.

That was the beginning of a very professional and courteous relationship with the wonderful employees at Terminal for Pets in Israel (T4P).

Any pet owner understands that having to send your pet half way across the world is daunting. Putting the pet you love in the hands of somebody you don't know, can be a worrisome prospect.

I first spoke to Moshe at T4P who was very well informed about every detail needed for Bussi's relocation. Moshe and I exchanged numerous e-mails and spoke on the phone a number of times. He responded to all my questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism.

Three weeks prior to the date of travel, James took Bussi to the T4P office, and met with Moshe and Shuli who would become our Flight Consultant. James was impressed with both of them and T4P in general. Thus, we made the decision to sign the contract with T4P for Bussi's relocation.

Moshe and Shuli explained the whole process and what we would need. James purchased the correct size Pet Kennel from them, and they added extra security to the carrier along with all the identification for Bussi.

Bussi was picked up at James' apartment in Tel Aviv. He was then taken to the State Vet to get his Health Certification for travel. He was boarded at T4P for 2 days. They saw him on to the flight in Tel Aviv, and told us everything we needed to know about picking Bussi up at Los Angeles airport. They were very thorough and at all times had Bussi's best interest in mind. Shuli contacted me every step along the way, and was very reassuring, caring, understanding and knowledgeable.

Today James and I picked up Bussi at LAX and he is now happy at his new home in California.

After this whole process, I have one thing to say... If I ever had to transport a pet from Israel to the USA again, I would, without a doubt have T4P do it for me.

As I mentioned above, the knowledge, professionalism, and care provided by Moshe, Shuli and the team at T4P was outstanding!

Please feel free to use this letter, or any portion there of, as a recommendation to prospective customers for your company. You may give my name and phone number as a reference to anybody who may want to talk to somebody who has actually used your services.

Thanks again T4P for the best service every! Moshe and Shuli, you are GREAT!

Sincerely,

Helen, James & Bussi

February 2009

petsthatfly Hi Shuli,

Hello from the USA! Just want to tell you that the dogs are fine following their long incarceration between TLV and NY. Svensson was a little wobbly on his feet for the first 5 minutes, but quickly his old self. They don't have a clue what's going on, and it is odd to be in NY (today) with them, walking in the park in the snow.

There is no real snow in DC. It is surprisingly warm.... But we are staying right next to some woods with a giant open area where people bring their dogs for morning/evening walks. Very social and lots of fun for them and us.

But we want to say how EXCELLENT your agent, Vicky (and her colleague at the beginning) were in quite trying circumstances at Ben Gurion last night. Her presence and help (not just with the dogs) was very welcome and worth every bit of the charge for your service. She is obviously a dog lover and understands them well and it felt very natural and a comfort to leave our two in her excellent care.

So thanks very much for everything and we shall certainly recommend the service to anyone we know leaving the country with dogs in the hold.

Thanks again for everything (-:

Hey Sharon,

We are ok and even more :-)

The flight went good, I was definitely nervous for nothing. El AL crew were very professional and when I picked up Toto he was ok :-)

Now we are getting use to the cold ...and that's not easy.

Sharon, I want to thank you for every thing. You were very patient and professional and appreciate it.

Happy Hanuka,

Tal and Toto

flyyourpet We all arrived OK - the dogs seemed to be not too distressed by their ordeal! We're all still a bit shell-shocked by such a total change, though! The pick-up organized by Cani-Excel went fine and they also seemed to organize our first visit to the vet very thoroughly. We'll go again tomorrow for the blood test (they don't need 30 days this time because they had tests done by an EU approved lab in Israel in August - I checked this with DEFRA too)

So thanks for asking, and thanks again for all your help and support!

Best wishes,

Orly
