V.I.P. Services At The Airport

The VIP service was established in order to ease your journey when flying with pets vie Ben-Gurion airport. In cases in witch you need to ship your pet in the main trunk of the plane, our representative will assist you from the period in which you enter the airport until your pet is safely on-board on the right aircraft.

VIP for clients departing from Israel:

• A representative of ours will contact you 24 hours prior to the flight and set a meeting point.

• Once arriving at the airport our representative will be waiting for you and will approach you at once.

• You will be escorted through the check-in process and that will make the process short & simple.

• When it's time to part ways, you would be able to explore the duty-free options while our representative accompanies your pet all the way to the aircraft making sure the pet is loaded on the right flight and that the conditions in the luggage are optimal.

• Our representative will call you and let you know that your pet is safely on the plane.

VIP for clients arriving in Israel:

• A representative of ours will contact you 24 hours prior to the flight and set a meeting point.

• Our pet attendant will be waiting for your pet and will collect the kennel/s once they are unloaded.

• The attendant will meet with you after locating your pet and will escort you on your way out. You will have time to collect your luggage, take care of the passport control etc.

• You will be escorted all the way to your car and if needed you will be assisted in loading your pet/s into the car.
