A veterinarian, surgeon, and entrepreneur, Dr. Kriener's entrepreneurial spirit alongside his love for animals have been the driving force in the establishment of Terminal 4 Pets and have inspired our quest for pet travel innovations. "For the world to become a truly global village for pets as well as their families, traveling with pets should become simpler, safer, and fun."

Elana possesses a strong sense of initiative and professionalism.  She is at the heart of the operation ensuring the numbers add up and uses financial information to add value to the company and its customers. Sharon Laster
Flight Manager and Consultant

An international travel expert with many years of experience in customer service, Sharon is our in-house Far East expert. She finished her BA in East Asia studies and has always been interested in these parts of the world. “As a pet friendly company, we are constantly seeking ways to improve the travel experiences of pets and their owners.”

Shuli Noy

An expert in international travel, Shuli grew up on a kibbutz and has always been surrounded by animals (currently two cats, a dog and many fish). With over 20 years experience in customer services she is familiar with the challenges. "It's the challenge of each unique case and treating each pet as my own that makes my day."

Yitz Grew up in the US and has lived in Israel since being a teen. Yitz leads our sales team, and interacts directly with every client, defining with them their exact travel and relocation needs. "Together with our customers, we prove that flying animals is just a matter of will."
