Airport companion
Calling all passengers... do not leave your pets unattended at the airport!
Terminal 4 Pets offers a personal Airport Companion service for your Very Important Pet at Ben Gurion Airport. Our VIP Airport Companion assists you at the airport and accompanies your pet to ensure he receives first-class treatment.
Departing Flights
A Terminal 4 Pets Airport Companion meets you and your pet at the airport and helps you check-in. Then, while you shop in the duty-free or wait to board, your Airport Companion accompanies your pet onto the aircraft and makes sure he is settled safely and securely. Your Airport Companion then contacts you to let you know that everything is running smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy the flight.
Arriving Flights
A Terminal 4 Pets Airport Companion greets your pet on arrival and makes sure that the kennel is properly unloaded from the aircraft. He then accompanies your pet to the conveyor used for fragile and special cargo, makes sure your pet arrives at the collection point, and delivers him into your hands—safe and sound.
To arrange an Airport Companion for your pet, contact Terminal 4 Pets at least 10 days prior to arrival or departure.
